Kilo at Pact.

I've been wanting to visit the place ever since I saw their collaterals on Behance. The branding and identity was done by ACRE, a design studio that has the best portfolio in Singapore (in my opinion). The girls and I wanted to visit Potato Head Folks initially, but we didn't even manage to get reservations. Next time then. I've walked past the place once and it already looks pretty amazing from the outside.

As for Kilo at Pact, there weren't many raving reviews online but I loved everything, except the prices haha. We ordered a pricey Ceviche, pricey Beef Short Rib Bowl, pricey Portobello Mushroom Burger, but they were all delicious. I loved my beef bowl so much. They didn't have sushi rice so I opted for quinoa instead. It was my first time trying quinoa and although the overall texture is a little off, the sauce Kilo prepared really saved everything. Every bite was accompanied by a little bit of everything else. It's like bibimbap but more atas haha. It's expensive but I thought it was worth it because the beef was really good.

Also, the interior of the place was just perfect. Cement walls, tables made from rocks, wooden stools and my favourite cacti and other plants gave the space a minimal, casual and upscale vibe. Make sure you visit K.I.N (which is just beside Kilo) as well. K.I.N is a carefully curated space that sells casual wear and lifestyle products.
